Bring a hard copy of the application form, High School & Intermediate mark sheets, T.C. / Character certificate, and five passport-size colour photographs along with original documents at the time of counselling.
Fill all fields marked with (*) carefully. Incomplete forms may be rejected.
Upload clear scanned copies of all required documents (JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF, max 2 MB each).
Ensure your Aadhaar number matches the uploaded identity proof.
Subject combination once selected cannot be changed after submission.
